
Tom Chatfield
The early part of Tom’s food career began in farmstead cheese; developing the Devon brand Quicke’s into a global presence. Alongside founding Make Hay in 2020, he also runs European Fine Cheese; bringing cheeses from continental Europe to the UK and overseas.
Having grown up on his father’s sheep farm near Dartmoor, Tom is passionate about contributing to landscapes that reflect his own roots; dotted with family farms that sustain and regenerate the landscape.
Clare Hill
With her husband Rupert, Clare runs Planton Farm in Shropshire where she draws upon her experience of transitioning the 1200 acre FAI Farm to regenerative agriculture and Savory Institute Ecological Outcome Verification in 2020.
Clare has enjoyed roles across the full spectrum of the agri-food world since the early 2000s. Today she is committed to bringing vibrancy to family farms through her extensive experience and day-to-day hands on practice.
